To support our team in Livonia, MI, we are looking for your support as a Administrative Assistant* (fulltime or part-time)

Your tasks:

• Independent processing of spare parts and service orders (from preparation of quotations to shipping and invoicing)
• Interface function between customers, suppliers and distributors
• Maintenance of customer and parts data in the ERP system
• Handling of domestic/international shipments

Your profile:

• High school degree with administrative training
• Knowledge in the field of International Trade
• Good technical understanding
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Good Communication skills
• Legal to work in the USA
