Quality is our top priority. That applies not only to our industry lasers and their additional components, but also to all our internal workflow – from the first to the last step in the process chain. Compliance with technical standards and legal regulations, the permanent increase in process efficiency, an employee-friendly human resource management, the constant endeavor for optimal workplace conditions, and not least a strong customer orientation with high supply and contract compliance: all that has been self-evident at Laserline for quite some time now.
Thus, it was only reasonable to establish a standardized quality management system to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The scope of this system, which was certified as coherent with required norms by TÜV Rheinland, is extended to cover the entire company. Besides the audits for certification, that take place regularly at three-year intervals, Laserline also regularly realizes its internal audits for evaluation and exploitation of optimization potentials during the running certification periods.
